What is happening? I can’t believe what I’m watching every night. Every time they fall behind, they have an answer. There’s a counter-punch for every punch, a solution to every problem, and a win seemingly every time they take the field. Fenway was sold out on a Monday night; the place was an absolute madhouse, and the team is making the playoffs seem more and more likely every day.
I was prepared to come on here and ask a question about the bullpen workload and if it was sustainable down the stretch. As I opened up a tab to start writing, Caleb Durbin put a ball in the monster seats. I cannot in good conscience ask a negative question during this streak. It’s in the back of my mind, but I’m enjoying the ride, and you should too.
So, my question to you is: will the Red Sox ever lose a game? 114-48 is on the table. Talk about whatever you want, and be good to one another.
