Hoping to make a push for the final wild-card spot in the American League, the Seattle Mariners are reportedly planning to call up southpaw Kade Anderson, MLB’s top pitching prospect.

Anderson, whom Seattle drafted third overall last year, is poised to start Saturday against the Chicago Cubs, ESPN’s Jeff Passan reported on Thursday.
