Both golfers and people whose lives have been touched by breast cancer converged April 7 at Seven Oaks Country Club for the 32nd annual Sharyn Woods Memorial Pro-Am Golf Tournament.
It was put on by Links for Life, which was started in 1992 by Sharyn Woods and Carol Barraza to promote breast cancer awareness and provide services for women coping with cancer.
The organization focuses on people in Kern County and their families.
