Got to love the light weapons.

The Light build in THE FINALS gives you the power of extreme agility, fast enough for you to be able to run a dagger through your enemy’s neck even in a hectic gunfight. Considering there are several Light weapon options, however, what should you choose to bring out the build’s best?

Most of the weapons in the Light’s arsenal are for dealing with enemies up close with the help of your Specializations, like the Evasive Dash. Don’t worry, though, if you prefer to keep your distance, there are a couple of options for you, too.

Here are the best Light weapons in THE FINALS.

It’s all in the playstyle:

The weapons that didn’t make the list aren’t necessarily bad, but require a more dedicated playstyle. The SH1900 shotgun, for example, can delete contestants if you can weave in and out of point-blank range. Throwing Knives can also be deadly, but it’s a projectile weapon that’s harder to handle.

6) LH-1

The LH1 is a mid-range option for the Light build in THE FINALS. It has decent damage and a high fire rate, but at the cost of visual recoil. It can be sometimes difficult to see what you’re shooting at, especially when spamming the trigger. Still, it’s a versatile weapon if you’re not a fan of dashing into the opponent’s face.

5) SR-84

If you prefer to steer even farther away from the chaos of closed-ranged combat and love the one-shot, ranged potential of a bolt-action, the SR-84 is for you. That said, considering environments in THE FINALS change extremely quickly, you might not always be able to make the most out of this weapon. Then again, you can always flaunt your no-scope headshot skills with its fairly accurate hip-fire.

4) V9S

Previously dominating the meta among Light weapons, V9S is still a great weapon to bring into the match. This sidearm has high accuracy, as you can pace individual shots, and as long as you land them, you can quickly deal with any contestant coming your way. The damage isn’t the highest, so you really want to go for the headshots when using the V9S.

3) 93R

A better sidearm is the 93R, which comes with a higher range than the V9S. The 93R is a burst pistol, making it easier to land shots while allowing you to keep your distance. Stop worrying about landing every headshot and just spam the trigger for the win.

2) M11

Boasting a higher fire rate, greater magazine size, and lower reload time than the XP-54, the M11 definitely one of the more competitive options for the Light build. The only downside is a much lower range that forces you to be up close, which may sometimes result in an unwanted Sledgehammer in your face.

1) XP-54

The XP-54 is the best Light weapon and an all-around versatile tool to secure the next cashout. With a high fire rate, accuracy, and a 30-round mag, you can comfortably fight enemies from close to medium range. The base version also comes with a scope, so you don’t have to worry about spending more VRs on a sight.
