Most Valuable Prospects 13 preview

Paul created Most Valuable Prospects, “a new boxing series created to highlight the next generation of the sport’s best male and female athletes, who all have world title aspirations.”

Ferreira (6-0) won silver (2020) and bronze (2024) in the Olympics and is a two-time World Championships gold medalist. The Brazilian won the IBF title in April 2024 against Yanina Lescano. “The Beast” returned to the Olympics to win bronze and then defended her title in December.

Ferreyra (11-0-1) competes in her first world title bout. Born in Argentina, “Dinamita” won local gold before earning a shot at Ferreira. She has six wins via knockout.

The co-feature will see Keno Marley turn pro against Sean Sparks. A four-time silver medalist at the amateur level, Marley started boxing at eleven. A Brazilian National Team standout, he lost in the 2020 Olympics against Ben Whittaker and was close to glory in the 2024 Olympic Games.

A member of the Brazilian Army, Marley faces Sparks (2-0), who looks to go 2-0 in 2025.

Other standout fights on the card will be former Brazilian National Champion Luan Almeida (5-0) vs. Tony Aguilar (13-1-1), as well as three-time US National Boxing Champion and model Alexis Chaparro facing Daijohn Gonzalez (12-6).
