Nicolò Zaniolo is expected to replace the injured Moise Kean in the Fiorentina attack against Nikola Krstovic’s Lecce this evening.
It’s the opening match of Serie A Round 27 and sees Lecce visit Fiorentina at the Stadio Franchi.
It kicks off at 20:45 CET (19:45 GMT).
Fiorentina must bounce back after three consecutive defeats in Serie A but are without their best scorer, Kean, who is recovering from a head trauma suffered in the previous round against Hellas Verona.
Bove, Adli, Gudmundsson and Colpani are also injured, while Richardson is suspended.
Fiorentina coach Palladino will rely on Zaniolo and Beltran up front, but it’s still uncertain whether he’ll pick a 3-5-2 or 4-2-3-1 formation.
If he picks a three-man defence, then Ranieri, Pongracic and Comuzzo would all start at the back. If he goes for a four-man defence, Comuzzo would start on the bench, making room for Parisi on the left flank. As per Tuttosport and Corriere dello Sport, Fiorentina will use a three-man defence this evening.
Lecce are without Gonzalez and Marchwinski. Coach Giampaolo is expected to start ex-Bologna winger Karlsson, who will join Tete Morente and Krstovic up front.
