Barcelona’s pursuit of Rodri is continuing to gather momentum, with the Manchester City midfielder making no secret of his desire to complete a move to the Catalan giants.
According to SPORT, Rodri is in almost daily contact with several members of the Barcelona squad whom he knows from the Spanish national team.

The midfielder has been exchanging messages with his international teammates and has made clear his wish to get the transfer completed as soon as possible.
Notably, Barcelona have already submitted a third offer to Manchester City after their first two attempts were rejected.
The latest proposal includes a fixed fee of €70 million, with additional payments included through variables.

The 2024 Ballon d’Or winner shares a close relationship with several Barcelona players through the Spanish national team.
Eric Garcia, Dani Olmo, Pau Cubarsi, Lamine Yamal, Joan Garcia, Gavi, Pedri and Fermin Lopez are all part of the group with whom he has developed a strong bond.
