Wyndham Clark won the BMW Championship on Sunday by three strokes from Patrick Cantlay.
Meanwhile, Collin Morikawa finished five strokes adrift of Clark at Bellerive.
Clark, 32, is surely now leading the PGA Tour Player of the Year race after recording his third win of the season.

Wyndham Clark birdied his final three holes on Sunday at the BMW Championship after struggling desperately throughout day four at Bellerive.

He showed real character in posting a final-round 70 in the end – a score that was good enough to give him a three-stroke victory.
Meanwhile, Collin Morikawa and Patrick Cantlay in particular will be happy with their week’s work in St. Louis, Missouri.
Patrick Cantlay shares his feelings on Wyndham Clark after he wins the BMW
Cantlay forced his way inside the top 30 of the FedEx Cup standings with his second-placed finish at the BMW on Sunday.
The 34-year-old will be at East Lake next week with a chance of winning the FedEx Cup.

After his final round at Bellerive, the eight-time PGA Tour winner responded when asked to share his feelings on Clark as a golfer.

“Yeah, obviously he played fantastic golf this week,“ Cantlay said.
“He’s been playing great golf basically since the Texas tournaments.
“So he’ll be a good person to have if I do end up getting a pick for that Presidents Cup team on the U.S. side.“
Collin Morikawa reacts to Wyndham Clark’s win at the BMW
Morikawa was asked by one reporter about Clark’s win at Bellerive on Sunday.
“Yeah, I spent a lot of time around Wyndham two years ago, we were on the Olympic team together, we were both playing fairly well,“ Morikawa replied.

“When he’s playing well, the confidence is through the roof. I think he rolls the ball better than most guys, especially when he’s on. Like, he’s obviously switched putters here and there, but when he’s rolling it, I mean it is end over end and they’re center cup. I watched the putt on 17, like, it just looks in.
“I think when you pair that with the power that he has, it’s just hard to compete sometimes. I’m going to finish four back.
“Like, I feel like I’ve got so much more in me. It’s going to be a fun off-season. I know it’s tough to wait sometimes, but for me the way I felt at the beginning of this year when I was healthy, like I feel like I can go on a run, so see what I can give and it will be a good off-season.“
