Good morning, Chargers fans!

On Tuesday, we watched Rashawn Slater exit practice following an 11-on-11 period and remain on the sideline for the remainder of the day after eventually leaving the medical tent. This looked bad in the moment, but luckily Slater seemed to have been fine, even going far as to participate fully in the team’s post-practice workout.

Wednesday’s practice was without pads and essentially was a walkthrough. Slater was right back out there and participated in the entire session. With no follow-up to what ailed him the day before, that’s a very positive sign for what could have been worse news coming out of the first practice with pads in camp.

The Chargers will be back in pads on Thursday at The Bolt where we will get another look at Slater and how he’s doing.

And now for today’s links.
