Lionel Messi will not play in Wednesday’s MLS All-Star Game, the league has announced.

A team of MLS All-Stars is set to play a team of All-Stars from Mexico’s LIGA MX in in Austin, Texas. The league revealed the final roster of MLS players on Wednesday afternoon and Messi, along with teammate Jordi Alba, were not included.
