Dodo is only under contract with Fiorentina until June 2027, so either he will sign a new deal or likely be put on the market, with Milan and Barcelona keeping an eye on him.
The right-back has been at the Stadio Artemio Franchi since the summer of 2022 and made a full comeback this season after a serious knee injury, despite a brief hospitalisation for appendicitis.
He made 46 appearances in all competition, contributing six Serie A assists to his teammates, and earned his first Brazil call-up in 2024.
Dodo unsure of Fiorentina status

According to Calciomercato.com, his contract situation is up in the air, because he felt frustrated to have received a renewal proposal late in the day and below his expectations.
An exit this summer is therefore more than possible, although nobody has made any firm steps forward for the Brazilian as of yet.
Milan and Barcelona are mentioned as potential candidates to get Dodo, whereas Inter and Juventus have already turned towards other targets for the role.
It also remains to be seen what new Fiorentina coach Stefano Pioli will have to say about Dodo’s situation and if he can convince the player to reconsider his future in Florence.
