The NASCAR Cup Series heads to Nashville Superspeedway this weekend for the 2026 Cracker Barrel 400, as drivers continue battling for playoff positioning during one of the busiest stretches of the season.

The Tennessee race weekend will feature Cup Series practice, qualifying and a prime-time Sunday night race at one of NASCAR’s most physically demanding concrete tracks.

Where to watch and full Cracker Barrel 400 event schedule

The 2026 Cracker Barrel 400 takes place on Sunday, May 31, at Nashville Superspeedway in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Race coverage will air live on Amazon Prime Video, with radio coverage available through PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.

Prime Video’s NASCAR broadcast team again features Adam Alexander, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Steve Letarte following the streaming platform’s successful first season covering Cup Series races.

Saturday, May 30

  • NASCAR Cup Series Practice — 4:30 p.m. ET / 3:30 p.m. CT

  • NASCAR Cup Series Qualifying — 5:40 p.m. ET / 4:40 p.m. CT

Sunday, May 31

  • Cracker Barrel 400 — 7:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. CT

The race will cover 300 laps and 399 miles around Nashville Superspeedway’s 1.33-mile concrete oval.

The weekend will also feature NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series action alongside fan events, concerts and driver appearances throughout the facility.

Fans attending the weekend should also expect increased traffic around the Lebanon area as Nashville hosts one of the largest sporting events in Tennessee.

Drivers to watch during the Cracker Barrel 400 weekend

Nashville Superspeedway has developed a reputation for aggressive racing, tire management and late-race strategy battles since joining the Cup Series schedule.

The race is expected to place extra emphasis on long-run speed, tire wear and track position due to Nashville’s concrete surface and changing night-race conditions.

Denny Hamlin, Christopher Bell, Chase Briscoe and Ty Gibbs are all entered for the Cracker Barrel 400 as the playoff battle continues building deeper into the season.

Kyle Larson, William Byron, Chase Elliott, Joey Logano and Ryan Blaney also enter the Nashville weekend looking to strengthen their position during one of the most important races of the early summer stretch.

Additional notable entries include Corey Heim in the No. 67 Toyota and Austin Hill in the No. 33 Chevrolet.
