Cleetus McFarland is back in the NASCAR O’Reilly Series. McFarland will drive the No. 33 car for Richard Childress Racing in the O’Reilly Series race at Nashville Superspeedway this weekend, the entry list revealed. The YouTube personality will make his second start in the O’Reilly Series.
In April, McFarland made his O’Reilly Series debut at Rockingham Speedway, finishing six laps down in 32nd place. It was a very challenging race for an O’Reilly Series debut. NASCAR didn’t clear McFarland to drive in the O’Reilly Series superspeedway races, meaning he needed another race to gain permission.

The driver of the No. 33 car hopes to prove why he should be allowed to compete in superspeedway races at Nashville this weekend. If McFarland can have a good enough race and do live green-flag pit stops, NASCAR could give him permission to run in superspeedway races in the O’Reilly Series this season.
