The NASCAR O’Reilly Series competed at Iowa Speedway, and it was a thrilling event. Ryan Sieg won Stage 1 while Justin Allgaier won Stage 2; however, neither driver was able to enter victory lane. Instead, it was a JR Motorsports driver who rallied for their second straight O’Reilly Series victory.
Carson Kvapil and the No. 1 team for JR Motorsports won the HyVee Perks 250 at Iowa, earning their second victory of the 2026 O’Reilly Series season. Kvapil, who won his first career NASCAR race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway two weeks ago, beat Rajah Caruth in the second NASCAR overtime attempt.

With one race left until the end of the 2026 O’Reilly Series regular season, Kvapil now has a health 28-point advantage over third-place Sheldon Creed. It took Kvapil a while to start winning in NASCAR, but he has two straight victories to his name now.
