Carson Hocevar wins NASCAR Truck Series race at Texas in May 2026

The NASCAR Truck Series competed at Texas Motor Speedway, and it was a thrilling event. Ben Rhodes won Stage 1 while Carson Hocevar won Stage 2; however, only one of the two drivers could enter victory lane. At the end of the night, the Spire Motorsports driver found a way to win his second straight NASCAR event.

Hocevar and the No. 77 team for Spire Motorsports won the SpeedyCash.com 250 at Texas, earning their first victory of the 2026 Truck Series season. The driver of the No. 77 truck was able to pull through after late restarts tightened the field. Before the yellows, Hocevar was out of the mix after a poor pit stop.

It has been an excellent couple of weeks for Hocevar, who won his first career NASCAR Cup Series race at Talladega Superspeedway last weekend. The Spire Motorsports driver hopes to continue his momentum in NASCAR while searching for his second victory of the 2026 Cup Series season.
