Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers only scored once in the second half of their win over the Houston Texans.

The lone second-half score was a touchdown run by Rachaad White that finished off an 11-play, 80-yard drive.

Mayfield was the star of the drive with a 15-yard run and four pass plays over 10 yards.

The Tampa Bay offense underwhelmed prior to the game-winning drive. The Bucs went almost three full quarters without scoring. The last first-half score was an Emeka Egbuka touchdown catch with 9:41 left in the second quarter.

Mayfield helped erase any criticism from the night with his fourth-quarter heroics.

The victory moved the Bucs to 2-0. They already have a two-game lead over the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers in the NFC South.

After opening the season with two road games, the Bucs are back home for three of their next four, starting with a Week 3 clash versus the New York Jets.
