ALTOONA — Elliot Skinner has been nothing short of impressive when he is on the golf course for Altoona High School.
In just his sophomore year at Altoona, Skinner won the first event for the Railroaders. At the MBC Match on April 8, Skinner shot a 36 and finished at even par. He tallied two birdies.
Skinner is coming off another win at Wisconsin Dells. On April 14, the first day at the Trappers Turn Golf Club, Skinner shot a 75. The Railroaders competed at Christmas Mountain Village for Day 2 at the Dells. On April 15, Skinner shot a 70 and won the entire event.
Altoona coach Christopher Anderson said Skinner is an exceptional young man.
