Yahoo Sports is bolstering its award-winning Yahoo Fantasy roster by signing football analysts Josh Norris and Hayden Winks to multi-year deals. Beginning this season, the duo’s popular football show will stream exclusively on Yahoo Sports channels, including Yahoo Sports Network on FAST services, yahoosports.tv, YouTube and major podcast platforms. Underdog will be featured in the show through select product and brand integrations.
Norris and Winks have built a large, loyal football audience, including more than 170 thousand subscribers on YouTube, by using advanced statistics, film study and a deep understanding of coaching schemes to deliver expert fantasy analysis and advice. Their show, Fantasy Football with Josh and Hayden from Underdog, was a Silver Winner in the General Sports category at the 2025 Telly Awards. They also earned Fantasy Sports Writers Association (FSWA) awards for Best Long-Form Fantasy Video in 2023 and 2025. Prior to Underdog, both Norris and Winks worked as analysts for NBC Sports.

“We’ve been big fans of Josh and Hayden for years, so we’re beyond thrilled to bring their show to Yahoo Sports,” said Sam Farber, Head of Yahoo Studios and Sports Content. “Adding Josh and Hayden to a roster that already includes Matt Harmon, Justin Boone, Joel Smyth and Scott Pianowski gives us a fantasy football dream team and solidifies Yahoo Sports as a must-visit destination for fantasy insights and advice. When we heard Underdog was ending its content network, we immediately wanted Josh and Hayden, and Underdog worked closely with us to ensure their show had a new home.”
“This is so exciting. When you talk about fantasy football for so long, you catch yourself thinking, ‘Who do I want to work with? Who are the people that would take our content to the next level?’ Yahoo’s roster of Matt Harmon, Nate Tice, Justin Boone and others constantly topped that list,” Norris said. “It has been an incredible journey building a YouTube channel from zero to over 170,000 subscribers — our community is so loyal and passionate — but I know the best is still ahead. I can’t wait to see what we build together.”
“Yahoo Fantasy is a legacy platform,” Winks said. “We’ve all played on it for decades, and the current team — led by Matt Harmon, Justin Boone, Nate Tice, and others — is as good as it gets. We are honored to join them, and look forward to making even better content for our dedicated fans for years to come.”

Later this month, Norris and Winks will debut a new era for their show on Yahoo Sports. It will feature a new name and look, while maintaining the same elements that have made it one of the most-watched fantasy football shows on the internet.
Throughout the season, Norris and Winks will also appear on a range of Yahoo Fantasy shows. This includes Yahoo Fantasy Forecast, which was named Best Audio Show by the Fantasy Sports & Gaming Association (FSGA) and Best Football Podcast (FSGA) earlier this year, and Fantasy Football Live, which earned the FSGA honor for Best Video Show.
More details, including the show premiere date on Yahoo Sports, will be announced in the coming weeks.
