The weather forecast for Aug. 15 calls for little chance for rain in the Richmond area.

Shane van Gisbergen is on the pole in a rare start in the No. 7 Spire Motorsports Chevrolet.
Christopher Bell will not drive the No. 62 entry with his focus on the Cup Series race later in the day. Leland Honeyman Jr. will drive the Halmar Friesen Racing truck in relief.
