Eddie Hall and Tommy Fury are leaning wholeheartedly into their David vs. Goliath matchup.
Hall, the one-time World’s Strongest Man, outweighed Fury by more than 100 pounds at Friday’s official weigh-ins ahead of their Misfits Boxing showdown. Hall, 38, tipped the scales at 325.6 pounds, while Fury, 27, a veteran boxer and the younger brother of former world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, weighed 217.5 pounds — giving Hall a 108.1-pound advantage for Saturday’s exhibition bout.

Fury vs. Hall is slated to take place at the AO Arena in Manchester, England, in the main event of Misfits Boxing 27. The bout is expected to take place over six two-minute rounds, with both men sporting 14-ounce gloves. The main card begins at 1 p.m. ET on DAZN.
Hall and Fury faced off after Friday’s ceremonies, with Hall nearly kicking down the transparent barrier splitting the two men.
Hall is no stranger to combat sports spectacles. The gargantuan Englishman infamously won a 2 vs. 1 MMA match in 2024 and then stopped fellow Strongman Mariusz Pudzianowski in just 30 seconds for KSW in 2025. Hall also lost a boxing match to another fellow strongman, Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson of “Game of Thrones” fame, in 2022.

Fury (11-0, 4 KOs) is much more of a traditional boxer, though he has leaned heavily into the influencer boxing scene in recent years. He notably picked up wins over both Jake Paul and KSI in 2023, before returning to action with a win over Kenan Hanjalic in 2025.
