The Cuda is in the middle of a playoff race and will add some size, depth, and veteran experience to the lineup. Currently 5th in the Pacific Division, the Barracuda have won their last two games but are 4-6 in the previous 10.

Sharks prospect Danil Gushchin scored a hat trick against the Henderson Silver Knights on Sunday to lead the ‘Cuda to victory.

Duehr will likely get top-six forward minutes. San Jose already has the AHL’s leading scorer in Andrew Poturalski (23-35-58P). Duehr and Poturalski could find themselves on the same line.

The ‘Cuda owns a record of 28-20-2-3 and has 19 games remaining this season.
