Real Madrid will entertain Bayern Munich at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium this Tuesday night as they look to secure a positive result in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League quarterfinal clash. Los Blancos suffered a tough 2-1 loss away at Mallorca recently, which has drained their confidence ahead of this game.
Alvaro Arbeloa will opt for the 4-3-3 formation and is expected to make some changes to his first team for this clash. Vinicius Junior, Federico Valverde and Thiago Pitarch Pinar could all play from the start of this game.

Defence
Andriy Lunin will feature in between the sticks for Los Blancos after he shipped in two goals in his last outing. Antonio Rudiger will function alongside Dean Huijsen at the heart of the Real Madrid backline as they look to keep a solid shape on the defensive end of the field.
Trent Alexander-Arnold will operate as the right-back, while Alvaro Carreras hopes to catch the eye on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will have to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.
Eder Militao will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield
Thiago Pitarch Pinar, Aurelien Tchouameni and Federico Valverde will make up Real Madrid‘s midfield. All three of them need to be at the top of their game if Los Blancos are to secure a good result in midweek.
Eduardo Camavinga and Jude Bellingham will have to settle for a spot on the bench as they wait for their chance to impress in the second half if needed.

Attack
Vinicius Junior will try to put his pace to good use on the left flank, while Arda Guler looks to give a good account of himself as the right-sided wide player.
Kylian Mbappe will spearhead Real Madrid’s attack up top. He has to find a way to be a real menace in the final third.
Gonzalo Garcia and Franco Mastantuono will have to be content with a place on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages if Los Blancos are in need of a goal by then.
