The Jets scored a decisive victory over the Tennessee Titans in their 2026 regular season opener. The Jets were the better team in almost every phase of the game.
Earlier in the week, I put together a video breakdown of some of the key plays for the Jets on offense. The feedback for that was very positive so I decided to do the same for the defense.

The Jets defense played an outstanding game, holding the Titans to 10 points. Even that is underselling how well the unit played as Tennessee’s sole touchdown came late in the fourth quarter in garbage time with the outcome already decided.
Demario Davis was one of the biggest standouts for the Jets. As you will see in the video, he is already making a big difference. The 37 year old still has some good football left in him.
