Is Tom Brady at the forefront of a publicity stunt?

The seven-time Super Bowl champion slapped WWE star and YouTuber Logan Paul when the two appeared on stage during Fanatics Fest 2026 on Friday.

New York Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns held back Paul from escalating the altercation further.

Brady took to social media later Friday evening, calling Paul a “dork.”

The apparent “feud” has been ramping up over the last few months, with Brady and Paul trash-talking ahead of and during the Fanatics Flag Football Classic.

The feud originated when Paul told Brady in February that his WWE career made him as athletic as NFL players.

Like his brother Jake, Logan has made a career out of trash-talking and his status as a WWE superstar gives him the platform to prod his rivals.

“You might wear a helmet − that ball might get loose in my hand and if you’re not paying attention,” Brady told Paul at the draft ahead of the flag football game.

The NFL legend made good on his pregame threat and did throw the ball at Paul during the game back in March.

On the first day of the this week’s four-day event, Brady told WWE superstar Cody Rhodes on the “What Do You Wanna Talk About?” podcast, live at Fanatics Fest, that he would love an opportunity to get into a WWE ring.

“I need to get an invite. I’ve been waiting for [WWE president] Nick Khan to come up with some storyline for me to get in the mix,” Brady said on Thursday. “I feel like I’m retired from football, and I have an opportunity to go out there and still showcase that I’m a little bit of an athlete.”

Now that the 48-year-old has expressed his desire to dip his toes in the WWE waters, it’s a wait-and-see.

But don’t get your hopes up if you wanted to see him face Paul anytime soon. The WWE star is currently recovering from a torn triceps he suffered on May 23.
