Jupiter’s order will not change if a Game 3 is necessary. LA will go with Rose, then Fleetwood, then Theegala in a Game 3.
Woods, 50, had disc replacement surgery Oct. 10, seven months after surgery to repair a ruptured left Achilles tendon. He has attended every Jupiter match this season, acting as the team’s coach. He last played at the 2024 PNC Championship in Orlando with son, Charlie, that December. His last PGA Tour event with the 2024 British Open.

LA rallied from a 5-4 deficit on the 15th and final hole to win Game 1 on March 23 after throwing The Hammer.
Theegala, who had put two drives in the water earlier in the match, won the hole over Kisner after Kisner’s first two shots landed in the rough.
When asked about possibly playing for the first time this year after Jupiter defeated Boston Common in the semifinals, Woods strongly hinted he would continue coaching his team without playing.
“I really don’t want to screw up the lineup,” he said. “I just want these guys to keep playing.”
But that was before Jupiter three times surrendered one shot leads in Game 1, including on the final hole, to fall behind in the series, 0-1.

Tiger Woods: ‘We’re still not out of it’

“I feel bad for them,” Woods said. “As a team, we were together in this, all of us together, and it was close. We had our opportunities. They had their opportunities. We could have flipped in the middle of that back nine, and it came down to the last hole. We’ve been there before. We were in a playoff once, and this was damn near there.
“Unfortunately, it didn’t happen, but we have possibly two more matches. We’re not out of this. Even with a loss we’re still not out of it.”
When Theegala striped his drive 325 yards down the middle on the par-5 hole with Kisner in the rough, LA had a big advantage.

And it got better from there after Theegala’s second shot landed on the green, Kisner had to get up and down from the fringe to tie the hole.
Kisner’s chip rolled past the hole, about two inches to the left, and with the 6-5 win LA was one victory from taking home the SoFi Cup.
“I feel pretty (bad) … after losing the last hole,” Kisner said. “Basically because of the distance in TGL, I’m behind the 8-ball quickly.
“I thought I hit a perfect chip, didn’t go in, and sucks to be on the end of … A couple weeks ago we had the last hole to win the match for all of us, and now losing that just feels terrible.”

Kisner had won his head-to-head with Theegala on No. 12 to tie the match. The hole was conceded by LA after Theegala sliced his drive into the water and then, after a penalty, hit his third shot into a bunker.

The momentum swing carried into the next hole as Rose lipped out a 6-footer against Homa. It was Homa’s seventh singles win in his last eight holes. Jupiter once again led by a point.
Fleetwood then saved LA on No. 14, tying with Kim on the 151-yard par-3 hole.
“We’ve been on a great run of wins,” Fleetwood said. “We just prepare to play the match and just play how we have done and go out there with the right intentions.”
