According to Transfermarkt, the Alsatians have already bought players for 80 million euros. Following behind are Paris FC, newly promoted but backed by the Arnault family, and Olympique de Marseille.
On the other hand, PSG has not yet spent any money, the only recruit so far, Renato Marin, arrived for free.
