Subaru WRX sales continue to rebound, with sales up 191 percent in August.

Subaru has sold 10,324WRXs so far this year, a 37.7 percent increase over 2025.

In January, Subaru revived the base trim, shaving more than $5,000 off the model’s entry-level price.

Last year, Subaru WRX sales fell off a cliff. The once-beloved sports sedan seemingly wasn’t as popular as it once was. But Subaru finally made some manufacturing and trim changes, and now things are looking up.

Subaru sold 1,778 WRX sedans in August, a whopping 191.0 percent increase over the same month last year. Sales for the sedan are up 37.7 percent so far for the year.
