Worthing have agreed terms with coach Owen Spicer for the forthcoming National League season.
Spicer, 22, currently coaches Worthing’s under-16s side, can play in central defence or across the midfield.
He trained with the Reds last season as well as being dual-registered with Isthmian League South Central Division side Littlehampton.
