The Seahawks placed rookie defensive tackle Deven Eastern on the active/physically unable to perform list, the team announced Saturday.
Eastern, 23, missed much of the offseason program with an unspecified injury.

The Seahawks can activate Eastern back to the 90-player roster as soon as he passes his physical.
Seattle made Eastern a seventh-round pick in the 2026 draft. The University of Minnesota product totaled 12 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks and two forced fumbles in 45 games over four seasons, including five tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and a forced fumble in 13 games last season.
He joins a crowded room that includes Leonard Williams, Byron Murphy II, Jarran Reed, Rylie Mills and Brandon Pili.
