After a bit of a mix-up, we have the results of our other SB Nation Reacts poll question from this past week, so let’s get you the answer to that one as well.
We asked you whether or not you were planning on attending the NFL Draft when the Minnesota Vikings and the Twin Cities metro area play host to the event in April of 2028. Well, the results are in, and the overwhelming majority of you have responded in the negative.
Of those who responded to our poll, a mere 10% said that they were planning on attending the 2028 NFL Draft when it comes to the Minneapolis area.

To be honest, I’m not sure what sort of number I was expecting when I put the question out there, but that number strikes me as a really low figure. I know we have a lot of fans on this site from outside of the Twin Cities area, but I still thought that there would be quite a few folks who would want to attend an event like this, especially given the fact that it’s free to attend.
Then again, I suppose for a lot of people the idea of being in a crowd of (potentially) hundreds of thousands of people doesn’t hold a whole lot of appeal, either. Especially if you’re a Vikings fan who’s probably going to have to wait around all night to see who the Vikings take at #32 overall, am I right?
Am I right?
Well, we’ll see how the attendance totals stack up against what we’ve seen from places like Detroit and Pittsburgh and even Washington, D.C., which will be hosting the next NFL Draft in 2027. I’m sure that they’ll be pretty favorable, one way or another.
