Rory McIlroy wrapped up an impressive Round 4 performance to win the 2025 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am on Sunday.

McIlroy built upon a strong third-round showing by carding a six-under 66 in the final round, dropping him to 21-under on the week and securing his 27th PGA Tour victory.

It also represented his first win since the 2024 Wells Fargo Championship.

The 35-year-old entered Sunday’s action tied with Shane Lowry and narrowly trailing Sepp Straka by one shot for the lead.

McIlroy clinched the win with an incredible showing on the back nine, recording three birdies as well as an eagle that gave him a four-shot lead on hole No. 14.

Lowry finished at No. 2 in the competition by finishing at 19-under, while Lucas Glover and Justin Rose tied for No. 3 at 18-under. Russell Henley and Cam Davis also tied to round out the top five, finishing at 17-under.

Fans praised McIlroy’s win.

Rory McIlroy is going to win at Pebble Beach, his 27th victory on the PGA Tour. That is some rare air. The last player to get to 27 wins was Phil Mickelson at the 2005 PGA. Tiger’s 21st win came in 2001.

27 wins for Rory McIlroy on the PGA Tour. Twenty-seven. Let that sink in for a second. Still only 35 years old. So much of the Rory discourse is about what he hasn’t done. Let’s try to appreciate a living legend while he’s playing like this. So much fun to watch today. pic.twitter.com/nG38tVwSaN

Impressive win at Pebble Beach by Rory McIlroy. Play over the weekend particularly noteworthy. 65 in tough conditions on Saturday, 66 under pressure with the tournament on the line on Sunday.

Rory McIlroy’s win at the @attproam is his 27th on the @PGATOUR and his earliest ever in a calendar year.
McIlroy had previously never won on the PGA TOUR before March (although he has 4 @DPWorldTour wins in Jan/Feb).
