According to Repubblica, the Giallorossi coach has reportedly asked for specific reassurances regarding the proposals he received in meetings prior to the start of the transfer window.

Gasperini expects the commitments made to be honored and the squad to be completed with the necessary reinforcements.

The coach isn’t just concerned about the incoming transfer market, however.

Gasperini is also reportedly surprised by the possibility that Roma, faced with an offer considered irresistible, might decide to sell one of the squad’s key players, with Koné and Soulé the prime suspects.

During the meeting, further reassurances were reportedly given by the owners, which helped reassure Gasperini.

The coach reportedly received confirmation of the club’s desire to continue building the squad, following the guidelines outlined in the meetings prior to the start of the transfer window.
