Rockingham Speedway is officially up for sale, announced by track president Kenny Nowling on Saturday night via the track’s Facebook page. The 0.94-mile track located in North Carolina is not returning to the NASCAR schedule in 2027 as questions remain about the track’s future.
Rockingham Speedway returned to the NASCAR scene in 2025 for the first time in 12 years. The track hosted the Craftsman Truck Series, the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series and the ARCA Menards Series during Easter weekend, which the Cup Series takes off for.
