The NFL and Los Angeles Rams are set to announce their 2026 schedule at 4:30pm PT on Thursday, May 14th. We already know who the Rams will be facing, it’s just a matter of when. There are already a few variables that we know, such as: Los Angeles will travel the second-most miles this season; covering 34,837 miles – with the San Francisco covering the most at 38,105 miles. We also know that these two teams will face each other in Melbourne, Australia in Week 1. Below is an updated tracker of the Rams schedule based on reports and suspicions around the league.

Week 16: Rams at Seahawks (TBD)
Per NFLNerd on X, we now know another divisional game for Los Angeles. In Week 16, LA will travel to Seattle on Christmas weekend. It is not yet officially known if this game is Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
*Note: Typically, the last two weeks of the year are divisional games, so this leads me to believe that Week 18 could be at San Francisco unless the Rams play the Seahawks again in Week 18. I would be shocked if Arizona was the Week 18 matchup.*
