That’s the question as the 2026 Presidents Cup at Medinah Country Club outside of Chicago tees off on Friday, Sept. 25.
The U.S. grabbed a 3-2 lead when four-ball action was complete on Thursday, Sept. 24, as stars Scottie Scheffler, Justin Thomas and Wyndham Clark were each part of pairings that secured a point. But the Internationals proved resilient playing in front of a revved-up crowd sporting red, white and blue.

Friday play shifts to five foursomes matches, with each player taking alternate shots as opposed to playing their own ball. Both teams have made key changes to their lineup in the wake of Thursday’s results.
