Barcelona 2026/27 home kit brings back classic stripes
The Barcelona 2026/27 jersey marks a return to the club’s traditional aesthetic, with Nike opting for the familiar blue and garnet stripes that have defined Barça’s identity for decades.
However, the Barcelona Nike kit also introduces modern touches through different shades and colour palettes.
The presentation centred around the slogan “Blaugrana Heartbeat. The passion that moves us.”
Through this campaign, the club wants the Barcelona new shirt to represent the energy, intensity and emotions that supporters experience during every match.

Music, dance and audiovisual elements formed part of the event, creating an immersive atmosphere designed to showcase the connection between players and fans.
The club feel believe the Barcelona home shirt for the 2026/27 season should stand for more than just a matchday uniform.
Instead, it aims to symbolise the close relationship between the squad and supporters while reflecting the spirit of the club both on and off the pitch.
Barcelona introduce new typography
Alongside the Barcelona kit launch, the club also revealed a fresh visual identity for the upcoming campaign.
Each of Barcelona’s three kits for the 2026/27 season will feature a different typeface.
The design unveiled alongside the Barcelona 2026/27 home kit is called FC Barcelona Modernista and has been created exclusively for the club.

Its purpose is to strengthen the connection between supporters, the city of Barcelona and Catalonia’s cultural heritage, giving the Barcelona 2026/27 jersey an additional layer of meaning.
Although the club has yet to officially announce it, reports suggest the away shirt will once again feature Kobe Bryant’s logo and include gold-inspired numbering influenced by the Los Angeles Lakers.
Meanwhile, Barcelona’s third kit is expected to pay tribute to the memorable Kappa shirts worn by the club between 1992 and 1997, with typography inspired by that era.
