It’s been quite a season for storylines on the PGA Tour but now with the FedEx Cup Playoffs in the rearview mirror, it’s time to look ahead to the rest of 2025.
The last four months of the year is dubbed the FedEx Fall, with seven official tournaments followed by three hit-and-giggle events that are all in good fun.
There will be two weeks off (this week and next) before the Procore Championship in Napa, California. Word is several Ryder Cup participants on the U.S. side will play the event Sept. 11-14 as a tune-up for the duel against the Europeans at Bethpage, Sept. 26-28.
While the Procore may have some star power, many of the fall events allow for opportunities for those golfers looking to secure playing privileges. According to the PGA Tour:
FedExCup Fall consists of eight official PGA Tour events which will provide players an opportunity to lock up or improve their positions in priority ranking and secure additional playing opportunities for the 2026 FedEx Cup Season, which begins at The Sentry in January.
Furthermore, points can only be earned by players ranked 51st or lower.
