La Gazzetta dello Sport notes that Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni is the only Nerazzurri outfield player not to have suffered an injury in the current campaign.
The Nerazzurri have already played 51 games this season and have five more to come in Serie A, plus at least two in the Champions League, not to mention the 2025 Club World Cup, which will be played from mid-June to mid-July.
In such a physically demanding season, every player has had physical issues, except one: Italy international Bastoni.
Only one outfield Inter player hasn’t suffered injuries this season

As reported by Gazzetta, the Nerazzurri star defender has missed just three games this season, but none due to injuries. Bastoni was rested in two games and missed one against Udinese due to suspension.
He’ll miss another one tomorrow, Sunday, April 27, against Roma, serving another one-match ban.
Bastoni is one of the most valuable players in the world right now. According to Transfermarkt, he’s the most expensive central defender in the world, alongside Arsenal’s William Saliba.
The Inter defender has one goal and five assists in 48 appearances across all competitions this term.
