Beckett Layne Ventures have officially taken control of Monza with an 80% stake, marking the departure of Adriano Galliani from the Serie B club.
The New York-based venture capital firm Beckett Layne Ventures has officially acquired a majority stake in Monza.
“Fininvest S.p.A. and Beckett Layne Ventures (BLV) announce that today they have finalised the first closing of the transaction for the sale of the share capital of AC Monza S.p.A., initially announced on July 1st, 2025,” Beckett Layne Ventures said in a statement.
“Following the completion of the necessary regulatory approvals and the fulfilment of the conditions set out in the agreement, BLV has officially taken control of the Club with an 80% stake. Fininvest will remain a shareholder with a 20% stake, which will be transferred to BLV by June 2026.”
