Shane van Gisbergen was involved in a big crash that led to a red flag midway through the second stage of the NASCAR San Diego race.

The Trackhouse Racing driver started on the pole. He got three-wide on a restart on Turn 1 of Lap 31 with Austin Hill and Connor Zilisch. But van Gisbergen backed out.
