The NASCAR Cup Series will get spooky at Talladega Superspeedway in 2027. On Thursday, Talladega announced that it will host the Cup Series on Halloween during the 2027 NASCAR season. This will be the first Talladega race on Halloween since 2010, which was won by Clint Bowyer.
NASCAR will go to Talladega for the first time in late April with the Cup and O’Reilly Series. On Saturday, April 24, the O’Reilly Series will compete while the Cup Series runs on Sunday. Then, the NASCAR Truck Series starts the action in the fall on Friday, October 29. The O’Reilly Series will run on Saturday while the Cup Series closes it out on Halloween.

Overall, this a brilliant decision by NASCAR and Talladega. The racing will be spooky on Halloween; however, it will be even more important as one of the final races in the Chase. If Talladega couldn’t get crazier, you don’t wanna miss how it will run on Halloween afternoon in 2027.
