The Dallas Mavericks announced on Sunday that they have signed forward Naji Marshall to a multi-year extension. Though the team did not disclose the terms of the deal, ESPN’s Shams Charania reported that the contract is a three-year, $52.2 million extension. Marshall was entering the final year of his previous contract with Dallas for $9.4 million.

Marshall parlayed that success into a new deal with the Mavericks that will roughly double his annual salary in the first year. The team also announced earlier this offseason that Marshall would switch his jersey number to 3 from his previous 13.
