New Hibernian performance manager Rogier Molhoek says he followed Marink Reedijk from Beveren because they “click” as a coaching team.
The 45-year-old Dutch former midfielder started and ended his playing career with Dordrecht, where he became assistant coach, but inbetween turned out for Waalwijk, AZ Alkmaar, Breda, Vitesse and Venlo before going into coaching.

He was also assistant at Breda before joining forces with Reedijk to win promotion to the top flight after an unbeaten league season with Beveren.
When his fellow Dutchman decided to leave this summer, “I cannot imagine that I’d be there without without him”, Molhoek admitted, describing it as “a kind of loyalty”.
