Milan coach Sergio Conceiçao is expected to make minimal changes to his most recent starting line-up for the second leg of the Coppa Italia semifinal against city rivals Inter.
The Rossoneri face their last chance to stay in contention for silverware in what has been a disappointing season, having only lifted the Supercoppa Italiana. They take on the Nerazzurri away, following a 1-1 draw at home in the first leg earlier this month.

In recent weeks, however, Conceiçao has introduced some tactical adjustments, shifting to a 3-4-3 formation, which was first tested in their emphatic 4-0 win over Udinese.
Although the new setup didn’t pay off in their 1-0 home defeat to Atalanta on Sunday, the Milan manager appears determined to stick with the system and is expected to confirm almost the entire starting XI from that match.
Walker available for Milan in Coppa Italia Derby della Madonnina, but Jimenez will start
According to Tuttomercatoweb.com, Tammy Abraham is likely to be the only new face in the line-up, set to replace Luka Jovic as the central striker.
Alex Jimenez is expected to retain his place at right wing-back, with Kyle Walker starting on the bench despite being available again after recovering from an elbow injury.
Matteo Gabbia will once again be joined by Fikayo Tomori and Strahinja Pavlovic in the back three, while Christian Pulisic and Rafael Leao are expected to flank Tammy Abraham in the attacking trident.
