MEN'S COLLEGE GOLF: OC wins South Central District title

BROWNWOOD The Odessa College men’s golf team won the South Central District Championship, finishing with a team score of 290-280-281—851 Tuesday at The Hideout Golf Club.

The Wranglers were led by Chase Williams who went 72-69-68—209 to finish tied for second as an individual with his teammate Adam Bresnu (70-68-71—209).

Scott Spark of Midland College went 72-68-66—206 to finish first.

Midland College finished second as a team, going 293-280-285—858.

Next up for the Wranglers will be the NJCAA Division I National Championship in Newton, Kan.
