PGA Tour Champions rookie Zach Johnson holds a four-stroke lead entering the final round of the Kaulig Companies Championship as he seeks his third win on the Champions circuit and his first win at Firestone Country Club.

Johnson, at a 13-under 197 through 54 holes, has been remarkably consistent, starting with a pair of 67s, followed by a 63 in Round 3.

Last year’s champion, Miguel Angel Jiménez, is in second, with a 9-under 201 after tying a tournament record with a third-round score of 62. Cameron Percy (7-under 203), Darren Clarke (6-under 204) and Tag Ridings (6-under 204) are also within striking distance.

Who is the defending champion at the Kaulig Companies Championship?

Miguel Angel Jiménez is the defending champion. He shot 10 under in 2025 and defeated Steve Alker in a playoff.

The field also includes 2024 champion Ernie Els and previous champions Steve Stricker (2023, 2021), Jerry Kelly (2022, 2020), Retief Goosen (2018) and Vijay Singh (2017).

What is the purse for the Kaulig Companies Championship?

This year’s purse is $3.5 million, with $525,000 going to the winner.
