Liga MX outfit are reportedly closing in on the signing of Atlético Madrid forward, and World Cup winner, Ángel Correa.
The 30-year-old has been with the LaLiga outfit since January of 2015, and has bagged 152 goal contributions in over 450 games in the subsequent years.
According to Fabrizio Romano and Matteo Moretto, Tigres will spend €6 million on the forward.
A ‘verbal agreement’ is said to be in the final stages, though more formal steps are still needed to complete the deal.
Tigres are in the midst of the 2025 Liga MX Clausura campaign, where they find themselves in a two-legged semi-final tie with Toluca.
