Armando Broja is back on the Serie A radar with reports Lazio are trying to get the Albania international from Burnley on loan with an option to buy.

The striker has been repeatedly linked with a possible move to Italy in recent years, but never seems to make it to the Peninsula.

Broja opportunity for Lazio

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport and Sport Mediaset, Lazio have made an approach for the forward who turns 25 in September.

The only way they can genuinely achieve this is if he joins on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season, not an obligation.

Broja has no intention of remaining with Burnley following their relegation from the Premier League.

At the same time, the club needs to recoup some of the €23m paid to Chelsea last summer to buy him.
