The lineups for the eighth Laver Cup have been finalized, with the final three open roster spots being filled on the eve of the U.S. Open.
Argentina’s Francisco Cerundolo (World No. 19) finishes off the Team World roster for captain Andre Agassi, while the Czech Republic’s Jakub Mensik (World No. 16) and Italy’s Flavio Cobolli (World No. 26) fill out Yannick Noah’s Team Europe roster.
The Laver Cup will be held at the Chase Center in San Francisco from Sept. 19-21.

Team World will also feature Americans Taylor Fritz (World No. 4), Ben Shelton (World No. 6), Tommy Paul (World No. 14) and Francis Tiafoe (World No. 17), along with Brazilian youngster Joao Fonseca (World No. 44).
Team Europe has Carlos Alcaraz (World No. 2), fresh off his Cincinnati Open title, Alexander Zverev (World No. 3), Holger Rune (World No. 11) and Casper Ruud (World No. 12) committed.

Cerundolo returns to Team World for the third straight year. He played one match in 2023 and one match in 2024 and won both, defeating Ruud 6-4, 6-4 last year and Alejandro Davidovich-Fokina 6-3, 7-5 during Team World’s 13-2 rout in Vancouver.
“I am really looking forward to returning to the Laver Cup,” Cerundolo said in a statement. “Putting on the red shirt and stepping out to represent Team World at Chase Center is going to be a great honor. The atmosphere will be electric, and with our fans behind us, I believe we have what it takes to beat Team Europe this year.”

Mensik and Cobolli will both be Laver Cup rookies, giving Team Europe three first-timers. Rune is also making his debut this year.
Mensik, 19, defeated Fritz and Novak Djokovic to win the Miami Masters 1000 event earlier this year, by far the biggest title on his resume. He won two matches at the Australian Open, one at Roland Garros and two at Wimbledon in the first three majors this year.
Cobolli reached the quarterfinals at Wimbledon earlier this year before falling to Djokovic. He also won clay court tournaments in Bucharest and Hamburg this year.
Team Europe leads the Laver Cup 5-2, but Team World can make it three wins in four years with a victory in San Francisco this year.
