Crawley Town have signed former Chelsea midfielder Kyle Scott on a three-year deal.
The 27-year-old, who left Chelsea in 2019 having never made a first-team appearance, joins from US side Orange County SC.
Scott moved to the United States in 2021 after a spell at Newcastle and has represented England, the Republic of Ireland and USA at age-group level.
Crawley said Scott was “known for his calmness on the ball, tactical awareness and strong defensive work”.
Crawley’s opening League Two fixture is at Grimsby Town on Saturday, 2 August.
